Jackie Wrafter (Co-Founder and Director)
Jackie Wrafter is from Liverpool, England. She holds a BA Honours in English Literature and a Master of Philosophy in Modernism. She has a background in administration and publishing and has been working in Vietnam since 2002.
She is the Foundation's Co-Founder and Director and spent several years working on-site at the orphanage, working hands-on with the children and overseeing the organisation's programmes there, before taking on a more managerial role, directing the organisation and liaising with the Vietnamese government authorities.
Nick Keegan (Director of Business Development)
Nick Keegan is an experienced business manager from Edinburgh, Scotland. He holds a Master of Science degree in Quality Management and has been working in Vietnam since 2005.
As the Kianh Foundation's Director of Business, he is responsible for managing all business-related activities and developing and promoting the Foundation's long-term growth and financial stability.
Prior to working in Vietnam, he held various management positions within the UK Civil Service. His areas of experience include strategic and financial management, quality management, project management, culture change and web design.
Le Nguyen Dieu Trinh (Office Manager)
Le Nguyen Dieu Trinh is from Danang City, Central Vietnam. She completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Danang University in 2000, and worked at Plan International and World Vision Vietnam before coming to work at the Kianh Foundation in 2010. Trinh is responsible for interpretation, translation and administration services, acts as a liaison between the Foundation and its government partners, and plays a considerable role in the day-to-day management of the Foundation.

Kalli Heinemann (Paediatric Physiotherapist)
Kalli is from Germany and has been a physiotherapist since 1990, working in the field of paediatrics and neuro-paediatrics.
Kalli spent 3 years working for the German Development Service (DED) as Physiotherapist in Hue, Central Vietnam. He began volunteering his services to the Kianh Foundation since 2004, usually returning to Hoi An every year, for periods of several months. He has been principally involved in assessing the children with disability, determining functional goals and then developing individual programmes to enable the children to achieve these goals. In particular he has concentrated on mobility, feeding and life skills.
He also provides intensive training to the Vietnamese physiotherapists employed by the Kianh Foundation. He employs an interdisciplinary approach and together with the Vietnamese physiotherapists, teachers and carers, has developed programmes looking at the child as a whole and looking at their functional needs.
Danielle Hinwood (Paediatric Physiotherapist)
Danielle is from Australia and has been a physiotherapist since 1973, working in the field of paediatrics. She has a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Macquarie University and a Diploma of Physiotherapy from Sydney University and is a founding member of the Australasian Academy of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine.
Danielle has been volunteering with the Kianh Foundation since 2008, and is responsible for setting up the physiotherapy programme in our Dien Ban project.
Peng-Sim Eng (Special Education Trainer)
Peng is from Australia and joined our team in April 2012. She has a Diploma in Education and a Masters in Special Educational Needs and will be responsible for training and developing our special education teachers.
